Two first-time car thieves run out of petrol in the middle of nowhere. Hiding from police, they inadvertently blunder in on a far more dangerous and sinister crime taking place in the dark countryside.
This 12 min crime drama film is currently in production, with aims for it being completed and exhibited by end of March 2026.
Principally I'm aiming write a plot that functions. I've worked hard to convey a clear protagonist, central goal, dilemma, very clear characterization and a satisfying character arc, or heroes journey if you will. Let' see..

A casual walk in the woods with his ex-girlfriend turns into a living nightmare for our protagonist when she vanishes before his eyes, stalking him through the dense forest as the spirit of a malicious magpie.

Having not made a fictional narrative film for years, I asked my friend Tommi to write me something moody and simple. My focus was to create a consistently intensifying tone.
